Introduction :

A lot of times life surprises us with unexpected moments, Sometimes we curse ourselves for a reason that our life is not the way we expect it to be. As the famous saying goes “Desire is the root cause for all our problems” 

This story is about desire which makes us aspire for things, wor0.1ldly pleasures, fun and a lot more. But what happens behind the scenes for achieving this is something very devastating and also sometimes positively inspiring. 

This brings me to announce a new try a new concept and a new theme for my writing ie suspense thriller “THE MUTE CRIME”  . Before you move further I thank you guys for the immense support and the kind of response and kind of feedback you guys have been giving me . I Hope you all love this story which is the real moto behind my writing . 

SCENE #1 [The Crime Scene]

Time 3PM @ Shivaji Nagar Mumbai

There is large crowd surrounded all around at the first floor Room No 201,seems like something is really gone wrong . People panicking around  and all that we hear in this chaos is people shouting “call the police “ “Call the police”. The Police arrives after 1 hour 

Police_officer:- [Rushing towards room no 201 with his team ] Guys please move aside and let us do our work , They rush in and enter the room ,  Blood shed all over on the floor and there is a guy in a Grey T-shirt and blue denim , The Police Enquires with the neighboring room residents and finds that his name was Rocky age 22 years and is a student of a Drama School named “Yo! School of Drama “  he is from the city which is coined “ Gods own country” ie Kerala . 

Police_officer:- [Calls out the neighboring guys] Was this guy staying alone or with someone .

Neighbor :- He used to stay with his roommate Naitik who Perseus the same degree with him .

Police_officer:- You were here at this time right, did you hear anything like a person screaming or anything that gave negative vibes of something unusual happening around.

Neighbor:- Not at all officer , there was absolutely no sound around 

Police_officer:- Then how is that you got to know what has happened around

Neighbor:- Actually my roommate needed Rocky’s laptop for his assignment work but when he knocked his door he found it to be open and when he entered in calling out his name he got no response and as he walked through the hall and entered Rocky’s room he found rocky lying on the floor dead and that’s when he literally came running and screaming all around and informed us .

Police_officer:- Where is he?? Any Idea

Neighbor:- I Do not know exactly but maybe he does a part time job at Ice Breaker Mocktail Outlet near marine drive and even Rocky once said he does a part time job @ a Café named “Love Birds” near Marine drive but I guess today rocky didn’t go out for work .

Police_officer :- Fine , So as per your observation do you feel there was any kind of animosity between Rocky & Naitik ? 

Neighbor:- One thing I can be pretty sure that Naitik and rocky were among those 2AM friends meaning to say they were very close to each other and shared a healthy friendship , But one thing that I never understood was Rocky belongs to be very rich family but still preferred to do part time job and lived a very simple life .

Police_officer :- [Thinking over] But as per my experience where there is Love there is Hate , Where there is a kind of co-ordination there is jealousy , I need to figure this out , Please give me Naitiks cell number .

Neighbor:- Just a minute officer [ He lends the cell number on a piece paper] Officer we actually tried calling Naitiks number but it said not reachable .

Police_officer :-  We will figure this out , Anyways thanks for the information will get back to you incase we need further inputs for this case .

[Meanwhile statutory investigation is done by the officers team @ the Crime scene where Rocky is found dead, Few things of importance were found as evidence and some of those were . A broken Sim Card ,3 Credit Cards and 2 debit cards out of which  all the 3 credit cards were found in rocky pocket with blood stains and were in the name of Naitik , Out of the 2 debit card which were on the floor 1 belonged to Naitik and 1 Rocky’s , Apart from this Rocky’s Phone was missing and there his neck seemed to have a forced mark , the police officer suspected as his gold chain was forcefully snatched .

Rockys body is sent for post mortem for further clarity.

Rocky’s Parents are intimated about the unfortunate news of theirs sons death .His parents are extremely sad and shocked on hearing this as they nor have any enmity with anyone whom they can suspect .

Scene#2: [Police Approach Naitik]

On the same day the police walk in to Ice cream outlet where Naitik works for part time ie “Ice Breaker” The officer approaches the hotel owner and asks him whether Naitik is present in the outlet right now for which the owner says he left for home quite early today , this creates a spark of doubt among the officers  Police_officer:- Sir did he inform you on where he is exactly going to ?

Hotel_manager :-  He didn’t specifically mention about where he is going to , but he moved out with his friend who works right here , His name is Gopal .

Police_officer :- do you have any records wherein we can get Gopal’s address

Hotel_manager:- Yes sir, il get it right away [ he asks his assistant to get the file from basement ] . [After a while] Here are the records sir this is Gopal’s bio data and here is the address and contact. But what’s the matter sir ?? Anything wrong?

Police_officer:- We are never at a place where there is something right.  Actually we are out on an investigation on a murder case and Naitik is one of the suspects we feel we need to approach.

Hotel manager just nods his head and says sir I don’t think rocky can do anything like this , he was always concerned of his family and specially his mother who is suffering from cancer . He works hard to earn as much as he can .

Police_officer:-Sir your statement can be overlooked as I feel where there is need for money ,everything turns out to be fair . Its same as everything is fair in love & war , their love for money turns everything fair for them

[Police officer and his team head towards Sultan nagar where Naitiks Friend Gopal resides]

In a while the police reached sultan nagar “Emerald bay apartments” D Wing Room No 21C , They knock the door and get in .

Police officer finds Naitik with Gopal and behind them is the Microsoft Xbox console on which they are playing CALL OF DUTY MW game 

Gopal & Naitik in surprise 

Police_officer:- Sit down guys , You seem to be chilling out here with your xbox console and there at your room is your friend who is found dead and here I can find your phone dead , we are trying to reach you out past 4 hours.

Naitik [stands up anxiously] Whatttt!!!! You mean my room mate Rocky is dead ? Officer I think you have knocked at the wrong door . This is impossible that iam a suspect for this , By the way when did this happen [Anxiously]

Police_officer:- It happened today at around 3 pm  

Naitik :- Sir I'm seriously shocked on hearing this , rocky usually goes out at 230 for his part time love @ Love Birds café , don’t know why he stayed back in the room .

Police_officer :- I think Lover Birds Café is quite nearer from your café right ? and we have a information that while returning home you guys join each other and if so why didn’t you call  him saying you are at your friends house and will not be able to join him .

Naitik:- Sir this is completely pathetic, I'm unaware of the whole scene happening around and I'm held responsible for this ? and for your information I had planned to join rocky in the evening while returning so I didn’t inform him .

Police_officer:- Listen little boy , if you are one of the prime suspect we have reasons for it , we will investigate on this very soon .

[They Leave sultan nagar with a hope of getting an lead for this crime]

[The Post mortem report is out and it says Rocky was stabbed with the knife 5 times and his death had happened around 12.45PM . The mark on his neck is a sign of forced chain grab.]

The police is in complete dilemma on not finding any clue so far . The police decides to dig in more and more and find out whether It was a murder which was intentional or just a case of robbery turned murder . 

SCENE #3[ At the Drama school]

police approaches the Dean of the Yo! Drama School Mr.Arunava for some initial investigation and enquires on few things, Rocky’s parents have also reached the drama school , after few minutes of discussion the police officer gets just some background information on rocky his academic performance and there doesn't seem to be any kind of enemity or rage which was observed in the college in regard to rocky . The police also  interacts with rockys parents and asks them if there was anything or anyone whom they can suspect , or any kind of enemyity in  her family or between Rocky’s friends for which the parents say we do not have any enemies or any kind of grudge on anyone [And they start weeping] Rocky’s mom is very upset , the police officer asks his parents to cool down as they will figure out who exactly has done this.

Police officer:- We just wanted to ask you a few questions which we felt are starnge in regard to your son  Rockys_mom:- What is that officer?

Police_officer:- As per the information we have rocky belongs to a very rich family but still he choose to work part time and earn money. Did you know that he works part time ?

Rockys_mom:- [With tears rolling out] Oh my God . I never knew this, I really have no idea why he opted to do this ? we never denied for whatever he asked us for .

Rockys_dad :- Its damn shocking . I have no idea why he opted to work part time ? he would always share with us if there is any problem .

Police_officer :- Mostly this part time job without intimation may be one of the reasons related to his murder . 

Rockys_dad:- Officer we never ever though our one and only son would pass away and make us all alone . Its an heart broken moment for us , we have no more reasons to be alive 

Police_officer:- I have handled soo many cases but this one seems to be closely relating to my heart as I have known the pain of loosing my own son , today myself Officer Dcosta promises you justice for your soon ASAP.

Rockys_mom:- Thanks a lot officer , We lost ur son , we can never get him back but his soul should and must rest in peace .

[They Depart from there to the hospital and the body is handover to them and the cremation is being done that evening , the pain that they have gone through is unrecoverable and they cry over and again on loosing their son ]

The next day police start off with few background checks on Rocky's room mate naitik by checking his call logs the person he was in contact and the persons who contacted him , they get a detailed extracted data from the telecom companies , A few mobile numbers come into the frame with whom there have been continuous conversation over the phone , 3 people are identified in the list and all happen to be Rocky's friends studying @ the same college , The police decides to interrogate with these guys ie Kasandra , Rohit and babyaisha , The police contacts them and asks them to drop in to the police station 

All the 3 are interrogated separately, firstly the police officer calls in rohit 

Police officer :- Hi rohit [Rhit anxious] , Don’t be so scared , we just wanted to know a few facts and details about rocky and his relation at drama school . Was there any kind of grudge/animosity between rocky or someone 

Rohit:- Officer rocky never interfered in anyone's life ,he just had his own dream, passion for his work and he always respected that . There has been no instance of animosity or even cold war with anyone .

Police officer:- Okie then tell me any love affair/one side love for some one ?

Rohit:- Sirr [Stammering] No 

Police_officer :- A persons eye expresses a lot more than his words do rohit , we are pretty sure you are trying to shrink something within you.

Rohit:-  Officer I promise to be frank enough but you need to promise mw that I will not be involved in this 

Police_officer :- Okie we guarantee that but let us know what was exactly cooking ?

Rohit:- To be precise Rocky never fell in love nor was committed to any girl , but he had a lot of fan following for his talent , charm and happy go lucky nature . He was very innovative always a way different then others , this story is around a year old it was the college annual fest and rocky presented his act and was the anchor for the fest he just set the whole stage on fire with his charm and expressive way . HHe earned a lot of appreciation as well as fans after this and one among these fans was Kasandra who approached him for friendship ,days passed , months passed and the relation of friendship started getting stronger , both used to always be together and always stand by each other soo much so that every one started doubting this friends  to be Love Birds , rocky always justified us like he is purely her friend that same year we had a national level drama competition and a play was being prepared which was directed by rocky and the actors were selected by our faculty in charge for extracurricular activities Mr.Nair , now the problem was Kasandra was excluded from the actors and the lead role was Rocky along with a junior BABYAISHA who was the lead female . The practice and rehearsals went on for weeks in this verge rocky was completely involved in this and couldn’t meet kasandra like before, even lunch , dinner or snacks time was spent with BABYAISHA , Kasandra started feeling lonely and to be very frank I love Kasandra from the very beginning of college days , I started supporting her , helping her over come anxiety and one fine day what happened was epic . It was one morning when I came to college with her ,, she didn’t speak a word to me she entered the college and directly walked the auditorium where rehearsals were ongoing , she called rocky aside but rocky asked her to wait for a while 5 mins passed , 15 mins passed rocky didn’t turn up and that’s when she lost her cool and just bashed out to the top of the voice she said "What on earth have I done . That you are ignoring me so badly?"  Rocky came down and softly said cool down Kasandra , I have been busy these days , But Kasandra didn’t seem to get convinced she said I want to be part of this play , now BABYAISHA intruded in between and said "Look babes ! we do not have time for your personal fights , could you please take this up later and move out from here " Kasandra raged out and pushed her and there the CAT fight started both start pulling each other’s hairs hitting each other and finally rocky lost his cool and screamed out "Will you both stop this nuisance behavior , What is wrong with you Kasandra , I got close to you thinking you are a understanding girl , you are my best friend damn it , cant you understand my problem and my situations ". Kasandra "Shut Up! Cant you understand me and my problem and what iam facing everyday , how lonely and aloof Iam ? Do you know?"  Rocky said "I don’t know how you feel seriously , Tell me what’s your problem , why are you posing such an massive issue out of it , what's wrong with you?" Kasandra " Fine you want to know my problem, then listen ,my problem is that I LOVE YOU damn it and you never realised it , You are busy with your so called heroine Johnson’s BABY" Immediately BABYAISHA responded back saying "Madam give respect Iam BABYAISHA not Johnson’s BABY , and your nature will never win Rocky’s heart and stop interfering between us , I Love rocky and no power or person can snatch him from me " Meanwhile rocky was completely shocked at the double shock that he received he just held his hand on his head and asked everyone to disperse and asked Kasandra & Baby Aisha to wait . Rocky counselled BABYAISHA & KASANDRA for quite a while and I have no idea what exactly happened , but later after couple of days everything seemed fine between Kasandra and rocky but baby aisha was not in contact with rocky . I have no further clarity on this 

Police_officer :- This is getting complicated such a long story , tell me one thing did you express your love for kasandra ?

Rohit:- After that incident Kasandra was very sad for days and I tried consoling her but nothing helped , I couldn’t see her in pain nor I could do much as she treated as a normal friend and that’s when I took her out for a movie and proposed her ,She walked off calling me a despo .

Police officer:- My little boy there were more better places than a movie theatre to propose a girl , leaving this aside tell me is there anything that you know other than this?

Rohit:- No Sir you can ask BABYAISHA and KASANDRA for more details.

Police_officer:- Okie we will get back back to you incase we need any further information .

[After this conversation the officer gets a vibe of some clue hidden in this love triangle to get more clarity he calls in kasandra and babyaisha]

Police Officer:- Kasandra tell me what was your relation with Rocky , Be pretty clear an frank when you answer to me .

Kasandra:- [Tears rolling out] Officer relationship in this life is not always as we expect it to be , its always the opposite , to be very frank I was a best friend to him but for me he was my life , my love .

Police_officer:- Ok we understand your situation , can you tell me whether you found something fishy or doubtful as you would have been with him for a long time , did you feel he is in some tension or any kind of pressure.

Kasandra:- The only pressure I feel was from this girl [pointing to babyaisha] who always used to distract his peace of mind with some or the other issue .

Babyaisha:- Excuse me babes , you were the one who snatched me from him so better 

shut your mouth.

Police_officer:- Please we are here to solve this issue , tell me baby aisha what had actually happened and why do you feel she snatched your friendship.

Kasandra interrupting madam you haven't taken his copyright to say I snatched him from you.  

Police officer:- Please stop it Miss Kasandra 

Babyaisha:- Sir what exactly happened was it was my birthday and on the very same this this girl took rocky out for a drive and my birthday was the most pathetic day for me , and then I argued with rocky and there was a clash , and since then I never spoke to him nor to this girl .

Police officer:- So the restlessness made you plan a plot of murder and kill him right ?

Babyaisha:- iam not such a cheap girl sir , I never can think to that cheap level . Im not involved in this sir , I do not know who can do this . I suspect this girl kasandra might have been involved .

Kasandra:- Just shut up my love is not so mean okie.

Police officer:- Will you please stop fighting with each other and help us out in finding 

the culprit . If you remember anything or know anything that can help us even a small bit then please do let us know . 

After all these discussions the police were left with a lot of questions un answered like Why was naitik at his friends place with his smartphone switched off ? was it a coincidence or something really wrong , Then the Kasandra & Babyaisha and rohit love triangle suspecting any one of these to have taken a wrong step of murdering Rocky for their selfish need or it was some external factor which lead to the murder or was it just a loot and kill case . The police were in extreme dilemma .

Scene #4 [ More & More Investigation]

The police on not finding any full proof finally comes to an position of hacking

Rockys Facebook profile and digging into some truth , they call the ethical hacker Mr Sandeep who helps them through the process of breaking through and digging the truth , AFter hours of investigation and extraction of data , conversations, 1 conversation comes up which potentially seem to be suspicious

And the convesation is from Mr.Digvijay Jaiswal AKA(also known as DJ)  his identity and address is unknown , a lot of heated up conversations come up when the chat is being read , and multiple threats of murder from Dj to rocky  , the investigation now has got a new twist with this evidence and can prove to be a major lead for the murder case , The police now after days of investigation gets an ray of hope on closure of the case with this person coming up .

The Police officer instructs his team to be ready for the mission of arresting Digvijay jaiswal and they set up the whole team  , meanwhile to get some basic information on Dj the police officer calls Kasandra

Police officer:-Hey kasandra you a close friend to rocky right ? So its quite normal that he might have shared a lot of secrets with you ? we just want you  to rewind back and  remember if rocky ever told you about a person named Dj.

Kasandra:- Yes officer we were close friends , and he used to share with me some secrets but there were no instances of him referring or mentioning about Dj . Is this his full name .

Police officer:- sorry we mean Digvijay Jaiswal 

Kasandra :- Sorry officer , I don’t think he ever told me about this guy .

Police officer :- That’s ok but if you find any other clues pointing to this please reach me out .

The police officer is again clueless on what basis they would find Dj , when no basic information about him was known . The police officer roughly assumes dj to be a fellow worker at his café . And meanwhile he is discussing on this he gets a call from Kasandra. And Kasandra tells the police officer that she had heard this name few times a year back when he used to be very upset because of this person dj who is a fellow worker at his part time job in Love Birds café ,  what exactly happened was during Rocky’s shift this guy dj used to steal and carry few things out of the hotel for his personal use and the hotel manager used to blame rocky and warn him , rocky once caught dj red handed and warned him to stop this act immediately else he would inform the manager on this , in fact rocky even recorded a video of dj’s act to have a full proof and he asked dj that he would surely show the video to the manager if he continues the same . For which dj used to threaten him saying we are paid so less and its very difficult to survive , join hands with me for this else I will kill you , there have been a lot of fights between them it had been a kind of great enimity between then , I used to console rocky to ignore all this and not to be involved in any act that could land him in danger .

Police Officer:- That means my guess was right , we will immediately rush to LOVE BIRDS Café and arrest dj

Kasandra :- That would be great officer , shall I join you for this mission .

Police officer:- No Kasandra you relax we will arrest him and get him very soon  Kasandra requests multiple times and finally the police officer agrees to take her along , his team make a move towards LOVE BIRDS café meanwhile on the way they pickup Kasandra , it was a rainy afternoon with heavy winds and cool breeze but the mission to be accomplished seemed to be creating a warm atmosphere all around them . Finally they reach the LOVE BIRDS CAFÉ  , The police officer approaches the Hotel manager Mr.Suri and enquires with him about Dj 

Police Officer:- Hi Sir , hope you remember we meet sometimes back on investigation 

of Rocky’s murder , We are back again to collect some bit and bytes that would help us dig deeper into the case , Tell me is there anyone named Digvijay Jaiswal who works at your café ?

Mr.Suri [Hotel Manager] :- Yes sir popularly known as Dj , a energetic guy . Sir what has he got to do with this case anything wrong from his side ?

Police Officer :- That would be revealed after investigation , Is he present for work today ?

Mr.Suri :- No sir he hasn’t come yet , I will call him and ask to be here right away .

Police officer:- Sure sir , but do not tell him that we are here , tell him that there is some important work on priority .

[Mr Suri the hotel manager calls  Dj but his number seems to be not reachable , he tells the police officer that his number is unreachable for which the officer asks him whether there is  alternate number  of dj , the manager says iam not sure but my son may be having his alternate number as he usually handles the morning shift

, the hotel manager calls his son Seenu who is around ,  He asks his son for Dj’s alternate number and seenu checks for the number and says he has his number , the police ask him to call him immediately , he calls Dj and asks him to come down to the hotel immediately and when hangs up the call accidentally his phone drops down on the floor and disassembles , Kasandra picks it assembles the battery & back cover and hands it over to the hotel owners son seenu ] Kasandra :- what a robust phone Sir I should say.

Mr.Suri :- That’s the Nokia trust it’s the vibrant , Tough & Super Smart Nokia Lumia 710 , we owe it Nokia for their robust design and after all as we know it always connects people 

Police Officer :- For us Nokia has connected us to Mr Digvijay Jaiswal[Dj], all thanks to you and your son sir .

[ The hotel owner offers them Ginger tea and some spicy snack in the chilling climate to relax for some time till Dj arrives , In the meantime the police officer discusses few facts over the tea with the hotel owner , he asks him whether there were any arguments’ or fights between rocky and  Dj anytime at the café or near café premises ? For which the hotel owner suri says he never came across any instance of such happening enemity around he adds to it saying I usually keep observation on everyone and happenings around  for which the police officer reply’s saying just observing is like a CCTV without monitoring done in control  room , now its all about strong observation which can even make you discover things happening at your background sir . Meanwhile Dj arrives he is immediately arrested without any spot interrogation and directly moved to the crime branch for enquiry ]

They reach the crime branch where the police officer starts off with the enquiry and interrogation.

Police officer :- So Mr Digvijay Jaiswal Urf DJ don’t be so surprised why we have taken you under custody , hope you know you fellow worker Rocky whom you used to threaten on killing him , and you finally killed him and executed what you actually wanted to , right ?

Dj :- Officer you have surely taken me wrong I was angry on Dj , I abused him , I threatened him but just to make him silent , he was about to  inform our hotel manager suri about me saying I steal things from the hotel , it was an extreme pressurized situation for me as I come from a poor family and I would steal small things from hotel and earn few bucks and add to my earning and help my family run , and in this case if he would inform manager I would be asked to leave , that’s why I used to scare him saying I would kill him and so . that’s all sir I really didn’t have a legitimate intention of killing him . Infcat why would I do that officer .

Police officer :- What implies from your explanation is you were in need of money so this can be another add on reason to kill him . Be clear and frank else you will have to face extreme of the extreme treatment. Its better you melt yourself out else we know better and faster ways to melt you . 

Dj :- Officer this is completely unfair , for the only reason that I have sent him a Facebook message you suspect me be the criminal and from around 8 months I never spoke to him nor I stole anything from the café , SO there is no point you blame me officer . No matter how you chose to melt me or trash me I have only one clear answer which says Iam no where involved in this 

[Police officer interrogates with him for couple of hours and after so many forced questions , pressurization still Dj doesn’t spill out anything that could be useful for this case ]

Meanwhile the officer receives a call from Kasandra 

Kasandra :- Officer I have a very important thing to discuss with you immediately , if it is not an issue for you ,could you please come down to my house as this could be an  ultimate mystery breaking lead for us on this case .

Police Officer :- yes anyway this Dj doesn’t seem to be involved in this case ,his phone records are clear , his character map seems to be clear and we have nothing to suspect on him . Il be there at your home right away Kasandra .

Kasandra :- okie officer .

In the heavy thunders and rain officer reaches Kasandra’s house 

Police officer :- Hey Kasandra , What’s the matter you called me here on a shot notice ?

Kasandra :- Officer you remember  at the hotel you said a dialogue“ Strong observation can even make you discover things happening at your background “ You were right officer I discovered a truth out of my observation .

Police officer :- What is that Kasandra? 

Kasandra :-remember when you   asked for Dj’s alternate number the hotel owner called his son seenu and after the call while hanging up the call he dropped his smartphone on floor accidentally and it got disassembled right ? And when I was assembling it what I observed was it was the same phone as that of Rocky’s which was found to be missing at the crime scene, I seriously feel that the phone was Rocky’s .

Police Officer :- For a moment I can agree to what you are saying Kasandra but its totally baseless , it could be a mere coincidence that many people have a same phone , it can’t be a valid reason to count on for enquiry .

Kasandra :- Officer exactly 2 people having same phone could be co incidence but 2 people having same phone which is damaged and scratched at a same point on the phone is not con-incidence is what I feel , I have used and handled Rocky’s phone a couple of times and his rear camera had a strong cut and scratch as he had dropped his phone on the floor in anger when I had fought with him on not liking my profile picture on Facebook  and that’s when I had observed the camera lens damaged with a long visible scratch and that same format and scratch was on this phone today . I feel we should not take any chance and just investigate on this .

Police officer :- This is not a fully baked evidence still I would like to take this up , what we would do is we will get the hotel owner seenus mobile number and track it that’s how we will get the mobile IMEI number of phone that he is using  and then we shall put this IMEI on track and extract data of all the sim card used on this phone with the IMEI  previously, if we find rockys number registerd under that IMEI we will get it clear that the phone was rocky’s .    

Kasandra :- That’s a pretty smart !dea officer , by the way its already late officer have something and leave .

Police Officer :- No Kasandra , I have already troubled you a lot by poking you over and again to enquire and discuss on this case .

Kasandra :- Never sir , It was my love that I lost in this murder case , I am ready to help you anytime , I can do anything and everything to get justice for rocky . Anyways wait for 2 minutes I will get you Maggi noodles, Which one do you prefer officer? Chicken or Veg masala noodles ?

Police_officer :-  Okie Kasandra i would prefer chicken noodle’s , but i think recently Maggi noodles has been banned in the country?

Kasandra :- Officer there are a lot of things other than Maggi that needs to be banned like alcohol , ciggrate which are  way too harmful for us than Maggi , but look at our system we have live analysis and report of people dying of cancer and liver problems because of ciggrate and alcohol still its sold openly , but Maggi is banned on basis of few lab reports . Not fair right?

Police Officer :- Yes Kasandra you are right , people tend to ignore things which needs high attention , anyway cant help but i should say you have a great attachment for Maggi

Kasandra :- After all it has been my life saver and hunger breaker dish from my childhood sir  and no matter what i will always stand by Maggi .

Police Officer :- Even i support Maggi after all it was the only Girl who used to get ready in 2 minutes . buhahhaa

Kasandra :- SO mean officer .

Police officer :-  buhaha jokes apart , thanks a lot for offering me Maggi , and i really thank you for you support in this case . I will keep up updated with the latest happenings .

Kasandra :- Officer indeed i need to thank you for taking up this case with due interest , its rare to find a officer so dedicated like you .

Police officer :- That’s my duty Kasandra , and listen do not cry just keep hopes , meanwhile seeing the tears in your eyes makes me feel TRUE love does exist , i have seen many cases but no case touched my heart to this level . I salute you for your honesty and your nature .

Kasandra :- [Tears rolling out] Thank you officer , i wish rocky was here to say this to me . it would have been my best day of life . 

SCENE #5[The Prime Twist]

[The police officer departs and the next morning the enquiry is continued when the police officer asks for hotel manager Mr suris son Seenus mobile number from Dj , After they get the cell number , seenus call records were asked to be extracted from the telecom companies and the IMEI number of the phone which he was using , After few hours they got the complete data sheet which had all the call records and the IMEI number and in this scrutiny it was also found that the IMEI number of the phone which seenu was using had been previously used with 2 different sim cards the number was noted and when the police approached and asked Kasandra to if any one of those numbers matched Rocky’s phone number it was found that it was matching and that’s when it was proved that the smartphone being used by seenu was actually being used by rocky and belonged to him . The police officer along with his team rush to THE LOVR BIRDS CAFE to arrest Seenu as a prime suspect , their team reaches the spot and arrests Mr seenu , his father  the hotel owner argues with the police and asks them to leave his son he hasn’t done any crime , he threatens the police to suspend them with the help of his contacts , but the police officer and his team do not step back , they stand by their decision and take seenu under custody ]

Mr Seenu :- Sir i do not understand what was the reason behind arresting me this way in font of every one , we have a kind of reputation in the society , we can sue you for this .

Police Officer :- Let me start with a quick brain storming session , i hope you know who rocky is ? Don’t tell me that you do not know . 

Mr seenu :- I really do not know who rocky is officer , what’s wrong with you guys . This is insane .

Police officer :- Rocky is a part time waiter at your cafe and he works in the evenings , Now stop acting and start revealing us the truth behind his murder and your role in this  , else you very well know what and how we can execute our plan .

Mr Seenu :- Listen officer , first thing i handle only morning and afternoon shifts , evening i leave the cafe and my father takes over , so Iam unaware of this rocky . And coming to the point i know how you guys can execute your plan but before executing make sure you have the right information for your case , taking some one randomly to your custody wont work out .

Police officer :- Just shut off and lend me your phone[He takes it from him] and tell me if you do not know rocky ,who's phone is this ?

Mr seenu :- Actually my dad recently gave me this phone , because my iPhone drenched in water and is under repair .

By the way what has this phone to do with rocky .

Police officer :- Right now i feel so confused whether Iam leading this enquiry or you ! and for your information this phone belongs to rocky .if you both father and son do not reveal the truth the consequences are going to be devastating . Meanwhile think over it , by the time we will arrest your father .

The Police officer arrests Mr Suri the hotel manager as another prime suspect for this case and he is under their custody for enquiry , They start with their normal questions that they used for every enquiry and the enquiry continues 

Police officer :- let me come to the point , tell me Mr.Suri , the smartphone that you lend to your son was your own phone or there is a story behind it ?

Mr.Suri :- To be frank officer every morning i go for jogging near marine drive and that’s where i found this phone , i was about to hand over the phone to the police but then seenus phone had a problem for temporarily gave it to him ,

Police officer :- This phone belongs to Rocky and you found it on 25th March in the morning right ?

Mr Suri :- Yes officer exactly .

Police officer :- cheap things always cost you high Mr suri same way cheap lies also cost you very high in the future , Now for your kind information Rocky’s murder happened somewhere around 1Pm and his sim card was active in the phone till 1245Pm , SO there is no point that you find this that morning when his sim card was active till 1245 in the noon . And now finally listen this is going to cost you very bad , your son is just 22 years old your every lie will cost his career and his future and we guarantee you that , If you want your son to be out of this make sure you spill out every bit , byte , megabyte and gigabyte of your plan and its execution . 

Mr Suri :- Officer i'm sorry , all my earning , property and assets are only for my one and only son and i would not like to see him in a bad state all throughout his life , Please forgive me , let my son go and i promise you i will explain  every detail about this murder case .

Police officer :- Firstly i should say , you deserve best actor award for your flawless performance , we never had a bit of doubt on you anyway , you are an overnight star who came in the lime light within fraction of few minutes and  never forget this there is nothing called perfect crime , every hidden crime has its release date destined . And now to make it clear we will release your son only after you reveal the whole story to us without any extra toppings . we want it to be just crystal clear .

Mr Suri :- Definitely officer but please do not forget your promise of releasing my son .

Police officer :- Okie Mr Suri Proceed on ,,,

Mr.Suri :- This all started around 2 months back one fine evening when I had been to my friend cum business partner Mr.Shawns café ie the ICE BREAKER , this the same café where Rocky’s friend cum roommate Naitik works , As usual I was sipping tea with 2 of my friends and Mr shawn and just chit chatting . What we observed at that instant was Naitik looked very tense and along with him was his friend gopal they seemed to be discussing something and what we initially heard was they was stating some monetary values like crore rupees or something like that immediately Mr.Shawn said we were planning a 3 star hotel together right I think we can collaborate and join them for this plan and earn big money in short span, and he asked us to sit right beside their table and grab as much info as possible and what we could get was , Naitik was upset and sad because his mom was in a critical condition  and fighting cancer , he was frustrated that we is unable to earn enough to save her and Gopal his friend was consoling him and then what he was saying was out of our understanding , he said “ Listen Naitik sitting and crying

over things wont get you an solution you need to fight for your survival and protect your close ones , I have a plan for you in this life we have soo many muteness , so many situations like this one where you have no money for your moms treatment this is a kind of muteness , So in life to unmute such situations we should mute some things which come our way for which Naitik said “I didn’t get you , what does it mean “ , Gopal replied saying “Do not worry when time comes I will let you know for now just join hands with me for this “ Naitik agreed to his plan and said we will execute this very soon . Now the thing was we were confused on what is happening we didn’t understand the Mute & Unmute Game . We spoke to Mr. Shawn on this he asked us to come to the café next day as well and follow the conversation . As per the plan we came on the next day but there was no planning done by Naitik and gopal at the café we waited till they left the café and then what we observed was 2 of our waiters who are friends with Naitik left with him along with gopal on a sharing auto and that’s when we realized that they may be a team planning the mission together , We had no way to follow them all we planned was we asked Mr.Shawn the hotel owner of ICE BREAKER CAFÉ to approach those 2 waiters and get the information on their mission . Next day morning when they arrived Mr.Shawn called them inside his official cabin where we were seated and those 2 waiters named Srinivas and Iqbal were questioned by Mr.Shawn . Mr Shawn started  with asking them where they had been yesterday and what was that they were planning with Naitik and gopal at first both denied to reveal any truth but then Mr.Shawn said he would terminate them and handover them to the police and on hearing this srinivas immediately broke down to his knees and said ,sir we both belong to a poor family and they just asked us to join them for a mission which is named MUTE , Mute in this mission means KILL and when we discussed on whom shall we target ? Naitik pointed his close friend cum roommate Rocky as the target ,what we need to do is on the fixed date we need to go to Naitiks apartment and knock the door enter into his room and threaten his roommate Rocky who according to Naitik is a very rich guy and has bank balance in crores he belongs to a very rich family , Though he doesn’t spend money his parents treat him like a king ,So basically we are suppose to threaten him snatch his credit and debit cards and then return back .

Police officer :- okie so this was the plan in short but tell me fine they will steal the debit cards but what about the code .

Mr.Suri :-Exactly we asked them, the same question and what Srinivas said was after they steal the debit and credit cards Naitik  would dig into rockys bag where he has kept his ATM code letter , he said he would get that and reveal it through which we could withdraw cash  or the backup plan was gopals hacker friend who could get this cracked  . Then what we asked srinivas  was if this is what he wants you all to do , he can himself steal the debit and credit cards right ,and now we also questioned him this way ,imagine you threaten him get the card and Naitik even gets the code number , its all waste of time because rocky will block the card in minutes and then you will not even be able to transact for a rupee . srinivas  replied us saying the plan is not just threaten but injure him make him unconscious and then steal the cards , by the time he realizes he will be at the hospital and then Naitik said he would manage to keep him in the hospital for a week and by that time we can withdraw all money and then distribute within ourselves and we are promised 30% of what they get in total and Naitik said he cannot steal the cards himself because the cards will always be with rocky and he never keeps it out anywhere , So its impossible for Naitik to just steal it .  After we heard all this Mr.Shawn asked them to continue what they are doing and be  part of the plan and make them seamlessly believe in you but what actually changed was they were asked to work for Mr SHwan and not Naitik and gopal.

Police Officer :- You mean DOUBLE CROSSING , they will be part of the plan and act according to what Naitik and gopal say but finally report to Mr.Shawn with all the money and debit cards 

Mr.Suri :- Exactly sir , and Mr shawn offered them whooping 45% share of the total amount as it was in crores  and they agreed to work for Mr shawn .

Police officer :- Then if they work for Mr shawn how would they get the code from Naitik ?

Mr suri :- Mr shawn had a smart solution of blackmailing Naitik after the crime and fetch the credit card and debit card details from Naitik .

Police officer :- So this was all that happened , What an planning of double crossing each other you guys were really smart but never forget Crime never pays .

[Immediately the police officer and his team fetch all the details about Mr.shwan

,Naitik , Srinivas , Iqbal and Gopal and arrest them for charges of murder , Police seamlessly finds out all these guys because all were pretty sure that no one could ever get a clue of their involvement which made them stay at the same place and city  and made it easier for Police ]

After all are taken under custody the police officer interacts with all of them and asks them what is that made them so selfish and greedy that they killed their own friend.

Naitik :- Sir [With tears] Please leave me I repent for what I have done  I was influenced by what gopal said to get something’s we need to mute few things that come our way , I never had a plan to kill Rocky according to my plan it was just threaten and injure him .

Police Officer :- Naitik it doesn’t matter you repent or cry now , crime is a crime and you have to pay for it , Meanwhile Gopal , Iqbal and srinivas tell me what exactly happened when you went on to execute the robbery plan 

Iqbal :- Officer we went in with a motive to injure and make him unconscious and then grab the debit and credit cards and when we hit him he rolled on the floor , meanwhile we rushed towards his table where we found 2 debit cards and his wallet we were taking out the credit cards from his wallet and he immediately rushed and snatched all the credit cards and debit cards from our hand . We threatened him with the knife and in this verge gopal was raged in anger and he got hyper active and started scaring him , Rocky provoked him and abused him and called him a coward , Gopal started trashing rocky and finally in the verge when rocky was trying to get out of gopals trap he physically started pushing him but gopal didn’t seem to leave him and in this verge gopal slipped and the knife stabbed rocky soon after this gopal was stunned and out of tension he stabbed him few more times to make sure he is dead and we left the place immediately without even collecting any cards . This was all that happened officer .

 Police officer :- Woow!! Hats off to your performance bloody criminals ,Finally the moral of the story is right in front of you , your greed and selfishness has got you all here today . Naitik at least you should feel shameful for this cheap act being a close friend . Now it’s our duty to make sure you all get a stringent punishment.

The police officer calls Rockys Parents and Kasandra to Crime branch and as soon as they arrive they get stunned on hearing Naitik was the prime person behind this plan .  Even Kasandra feels very upset and just says “shame on you “ and walks aside

Meanwhile Rockys mom and dad walk towards Naitik and hand over him 2 letters 

Naitik :- Im really sorry , I was selfish and just thought about my mom please forgive me for I was ignorant , I was influenced by wrong company . I’m really sorry .

Rockys mom :- Naitik we never thought you would turn out to be like this , none of your sorry or repentance will get me my one and only son back to life , if you needed money you could ask us , you could ask rocky . I don’t think your mom would be happy to see herself cured with the money stolen by murdering some one . Anyways take these letters and at least repent seriously after reading this. 

Police Officer :- What are those letters mam ?

Rockys mom :- Officer you remember ,you asked me why rocky used to go for part time job the answer lies in these letters , he used to earn just for the sake of Naitiks moms operation , he had done a fixed deposit on his name and added Naitik as nominee for his fixed deposit money , every month he used to add his hard earned money and 50% OF HIS POCKET MONEY  in this fixed deposit , the bank officials gave us this information and the reason he didn’t pay from the money we used to transfer for him was he wanted his own earnings to go for Naitiks moms operation so that he feels he has done something for his friend .

Police officer:- Mr Naitik you have got a nice reward for the job you have done , that’s why its said LIFE IS UNFAIR TO THOSE WHO ARE HONEST .

Naitik weeps out and feels extremely shameful for his cheap and selfish behavior , he kneels down and screams to the top of his voice and asks for sorry “ he shouts

SORRY ROCKY “  

[The police officer thanks Kasandra and Rocky’s parents to be cooperative enough to help the police officer and his team on solving this case ]

[Kasandra and Rockys Mom and Dad Thank the officer Mr Shashi for his brave and honest work with due dedication which got them justice for rocky ]

Meanwhilw Mr Suris Son Seenu along with Dj are released from jail and the rest of them are under judicial custody.

Rockys dad [to Kasandra] :- Listen sweet girl , I don’t know whether iam doing right by telling you this at this time but I feel I should tell you  Kasandra :- What is that uncle ?

Rockys Dad :- When we had been to bank we even went in at Rocky’s bank locker and what we found there was This Diary Named “MY SWEET HEART” and this diary has all the pics he clicked with you and that every moment he has snapped in and pasted in this diary and on the last page of the diary he has written

“FULFILED KASANDRAS DREAMS & MADE HER HAPPY “ Its time to say I LOVE YOU AND WANNA MARRY YOU .  Kasandra he used to love you this

diary says it all , he just wanted to fulfil all your dreams  , create memories , make you happy and when all the pages fill in and enough of your dreams and desires are fulfiled he had plans to propose you .

Kasandra [Cries out loud ] Uncle these pics are all when I asked him to take me for film , outing , long drive etc and there not a single pic which is not related to my dream all the pics in this are memories created for me .Rocky is just great , he is an angel, And just 4 pages were left for the last page , just few more days and he would propose me ,  but he left me forever aloof but with a lot of memories . 

Rocky’s mom consoles her hugs her and says listen sweet girl you are a sweet heart , anyway at least you got to know that he loved you , and he will love you forever wherever he is he will never forget you .
